Very friendly and helpful staff. Complaint accepted shortly before closing time. So for standard things on the car, everything is really fine here.

You will be well advised, but there is definitely still scope in terms of price. Many parts are cheap elsewhere (not only online). Still a friendly atmosphere.

Very disappointing my wife had her service done there, she wanted to know the cost and said she didn’t call them. Then we had an appointment and they wanted to get in touch when the car was ready and didn't happen either. And the best thing is we had a cost estimate from the end of November where the price was 119 euros true and now in January 171 euros were billed because they said we now have 19 percent VAT again because I said that is 119 euros but not 52 euros well. The interior should also be disinfected, but fingerprints are still kept on the center console and the carpet was only laughably vacuumed. And the papers we received as a checklist were full of smear and fingerprints. Not to be recommended.
