After my grandmother (87 years) had asked to look around a bit, she was pissed off by the two shop assistants and disgusted from the shop with the remark: "Yeah, we know that, always just look but do not buy anything here is a shop and not a fashion show ". This comment was crowned by scornful giggles. Think about whether this is an experience, what you want to offer your customers! Apparently, these women worked, I do not want to call sales assistants, on top of that corpulent and unkempt, which makes the whole thing worse. What a grott service ... Shame on you!
