My assessment as a layperson who is not part of the digital generation:
It couldn't be better!
Very friendly and attentive purchase advice according to my very vague requirements, procuring and setting up a suitable laptop, installing the desired programs (including the somewhat more expensive subscription to the virus protection program) and transferring the data from the old to the new device. In addition, the willingness to make further settings (e.g. for the printer) when visiting the house. The old laptop was disposed of, as was the old hard drive, after it had been read out and destroyed in a data-safe manner.
I did not have the feeling for a moment that I should be "persuaded" to do something or to be forced on something. In my opinion, the final invoice was surprisingly moderate for the work performed.
The Computer Studio is 100% recommended without any restrictions !!!
