Staff very friendly, TV brought back four weeks later after repair. Since the same error reappeared. And waited and picked up again for three weeks. But bug still pops up !! Pity ! !

I handed in my Jura coffee machine there. I am more than satisfied. Damage has been fixed and it has been cleaned so I thought it was new. Thank you and anytime again.

Price / performance is not right at all. In the media market, the same products are 30% cheaper and the installation of the devices is also much cheaper there. Farmer fishing.

To be honest, the technicians in this case are the last. Control of the washing machine, completely slaughtered and left everything in the bathroom. I'm lost for words. If that's the standard with you, you've missed your job. PS. Well, I don't know the mouse, I don't know who you mean by that ... I'm not a customer of yours and I haven't even considered shutting down your company, it's all about this job. But no matter the problem was dealt with today. Happy creating
