We have been a customer for years and experience very good support. Problems are solved quickly and customer-oriented. We have recently reorganized our server. In the offer phase, alternatives were shown, server work was completed on schedule despite Corona time. I can only recommend it.

I was mocked and left with a network installed by P&T with a total failure, because you have even more customers !!! The receptionists did not put through any of my numerous calls. I find that unpleasantly arrogant and improper. I am now without a data carrier, although I have always paid a lot. The managing director Jörg Thiede silently joins the plot of some of his employees, and the technician who installed everything on site is also not allowed to call me. I am very disappointed both as a person and as a customer with this bad and, in my view, extremely irresponsible action! Dr.-Ing Frankenstein, data protection auditor
