Total rip-off, requires 400, - € to tune in the channels where the TV only cost 320. Find an honest provider!

Good advice and a high-quality aerial cable made extra, 4-shielded (1 € / meter) let me just talk well about this service. Only the fact that the sales room was not occupied and only after repeated calls someone came, had a bland aftertaste. I could have cleared out half the store. Otherwise, everything was great

Today I have brought my defective Phillips Smart TV after telephone consultation for diagnosis creation in the shop. After 1.5 hours I received a call from Mr. glasses. I was told where the error lies and what the repair costs. I decided to repair it and was able to pick it up again in the afternoon. I am really excited. A fencing mechanic in the nearby residential area with such a professional competence. What more do you want. I would like to recommend this shop.

By telephone agreement, no exact information, troubleshooting = 28 €. Dealing with me as a customer, I found to be very rude, no appreciation. I can not recommend in my view.
