No interest in keeping or retaining customers !!! We had a short breakfast ... we didn't ... have to look on the internet ... Then order yourself on the website of expert - why doesn't the market do that too ???? Not a friendly address. Felt like I was disturbing.

Edit from 09/18/20: My evaluation was followed by a call from Expert with an apology and a satisfactory solution. Thanks again to the Lord for the direct contact. Due to the problem solving, I changed my rating to 4 stars. I bought a fully automatic coffee machine for my husband for his birthday. After a long search, I finally found a seller whom I first had to convince to sell me a device. It was a reduced device because it had already been sold and repaired two months earlier. The seller assured me that the device should work perfectly. Convinced of this, I bought the device and tried it out the same evening. The machine requested decalcification, which I started according to the instructions. Unfortunately, the machine didn't do it as it should and flooded my kitchen. Since I had received the original repair order as well as the original purchase agreement from the previous owner (data protection ?!) with my purchase, I knew immediately that the damage was the same as before the last repair. Immediately the next day, around noon, I brought the device back. I met the same seller again (he couldn't remember me) and told him about the problem. He offered me either to take the device back or to send it in again. I decided to fix it. During the course of the day, he wanted to get in touch with the manufacturer's sales representative personally to see whether a replacement device might be an option and get in touch with me (has not yet taken place). For this purpose he had copied the invoice. In any case, I should return the device to the service department today. Said and done. The employee at the service told me that it could take up to 14 days. To date, neither the seller nor the service employee has contacted me. Then I took the whole thing into my own hands. After 6 (!!!) unsuccessful phone calls throughout the day, I finally reached the same service employee in the evening. He told me that he could not make an exact statement. I should be patient for at least another 14 days. I would have liked him to at least offer me to ask the manufacturer about the status and give me feedback. I can only advise against buying a higher-priced device at the expert Schwerin, because both the advice and the service leave much to be desired. I am now without a present and without my money, as individual employees are obviously very unreliable and do not keep promises made. 2 stars only because it was basically a cheap offer.

Advice was great. Very clearly arranged. Unfortunately, the prices are sometimes more expensive than if I had the same products delivered to me via the Expert Online Shop.
