I looked in with a simple, not very valuable bronze ring, which was not made by "Schoop", and expressed my wish. The advice was first class and comprehensive! The implementation is manual, as requested by me! Interesting, because the ring at Ahnsorge in Schusterstrasse was dismissed as unchangeable and as a customer I was allowed to leave the premises just as quickly. For me, Michael Schoop and his colleagues embody the craft as it should be embodied !!!
