The advice seemed very good at first, we were spontaneously in Schwerin on vacation and wanted to have our wedding rings made by Schoop. Since we come from Berlin, we agreed that we would be called as soon as the rings are ready, a subsequent engraving should be lasered, which according to the statement should be made on site. When we did not have any feedback after 3 weeks, we contacted us by email and immediately sent the PDF with the fonts for the engraving. Then we were told that the rings would have to be sent to Essen, because the engraving was done there, but that didn't match the wedding date, so we asked to send the rings to Berlin as soon as possible without the engraving. We paid for the engraving in advance, the credit has not yet been issued. We should pay 15 € for! Insured shipping, but Mr Schoop said on the phone that he would give us this insured shipping. We got an uninsured package and had to run after the rings. When we unpacked the rings we saw that they were not matt but shiny! Everything that has been put into writing in terms of agreements has not been adhered to, everything that can be done wrong has been done wrong here. We thought with the first things that were negative, that could happen, but then the uninsured parcel for the sum and then the wrong surface quality, that doesn't work at all. We can therefore not recommend Schoop Design and strongly advise you to pay only when the service has been 100% provided.

I wanted to have a singer made and had an idea of ​​it. The advice was very good, also nice and funny. I should expect about 2 weeks of production time but after 2 days I was able to pick up my chain. Was a little upset because I was worried she would not like me. My fears have not been confirmed, I'm excited and am very happy. Great work, absolutely recommendable !!!!
