Bad service. Bad work. Today I wanted to have another hole pierced in my watch strap at Gebert & Gebert. When I arrived at the store, the door was closed so I turned the handle. As soon as I had the handle in my hand, I was greeted with the words "Can't you wait 5 minutes?" welcomed. (My mistake: I had overlooked the sign saying "I'll be back in 5 minutes"). After this greeting, I asked the woman if she could poke another hole in my watch strap. She then went to work and asked me whether I had bought the watch or the bracelet from Gebert & Gebert. I answered no to both questions. When she had poked the hole, I put the watch on and said thank you. Then the woman asked, annoyed, how I could automatically assume that this service was free. I replied that I actually assumed that, as a Gebert & Gebert customer, you would get such a service free of charge. Especially since my family has already bought and repaired several watches from Gebert & Gebert. After this request, I gave her 2 euros for the service. At home I noticed that the hole was clearly too big, staggered and made at the wrong distance (see photo). The € 150 bracelet was ruined.

Today we spontaneously went into this shop to look into the wedding rings. We were warmly welcomed and given great advice even though we had not made an appointment in advance. After a short time we found our dream rings and are happy that they will accompany our life very soon. Thank you again. I can only recommend this shop. 👍

I had my automatic clock to regulate, top service, nice, competent and fast, to my question, whether I could get a spare clock for the time in which my clock had to stay there, Mr. Gebert has handed me a clock immediately. It will be my watchmaker for all problems and of course, if I treat myself to a new watch or buy jewelry for my wife. THANK YOU for the SUPER SERVICE
