Bought a ring there for the second time. I was served very friendly both times, I received good help and they took time to understand my concerns (I was looking for a special oversized ring). I would always recommend this Christ branch. Also had other experiences with jewelers.

Very unfriendly staff and to add two links in the price for inserting them is cheeky. After commenting (as it was not adjusted beforehand) that it is now too big, the lady was not pleased. But she made no move to try again. I was fobbed off with the sentence that you wear it so loosely today. Then maybe one floor higher in the Schloßparkcenter.

6 weeks for a battery change for 30 euros. In addition, the watch no longer works correctly and a different price was agreed. I experienced communication and competence as fundamentally expandable. No longer with Christ in the future.
