My move was on October 28th, 2020. Now 4 weeks later the damage is piling up because I slowly unpacked everything. After a very rude conversation with the Klawitter company, where I described the damage, I was told that they would only take over reported damage to the goods after 24 hours of the move. It wouldn't matter if it weren't for my dishwasher and my two lamps. Conclusion: I would not recommend the Klawitter company at this point in time.
