By chance, I have seen the previous review and can not leave it that way, because it throws a completely wrong picture on this company. The trips are lovingly organized and you do not have to worry about hidden costs. Never before has I been asked for more money for excursion trips. Unfortunately, this transparency has become very rare in the industry. And you also have to appreciate the commitment of the bus drivers. They do their job out of passion and you can tell from all the extras that they do for their guests, including additional free trips or the loving and elaborate care on board the buses. Also, the hotels are always chosen with great care. Due to the very high level of the hotel, I can understand that the previous review makes it look like he was in a shack. That definitely was not the case. I can understand that everyone else has claims and preferences about hotels, but if a hotel is clean and the staff friendly, it is not a bad place. Especially since there are differences from country to country. In any case, I was always very satisfied and I like to travel with Sewert Reisen and can recommend this bus travel company to everyone without any restrictions.
