The team is nice and courteous, but my advice to Ms. Reusch was a mess. She only reluctantly advised me, was rude and didn't respond to my travel requests. The status of "office manager" is definitely noticeable - she doesn't want to have anything to do with customers. The mood was consistently tense and it was literally noticed that Ms. Reusch was not in the mood for advice. I would have expected more from an office manager. Furthermore, she spoke in a very irritated tone with her employees - hopefully this is not everyday work, otherwise I wish the other women a lot of strength. Too bad that this conversation was not at all useful. I would have gladly booked my vacation in this office, but after this snooty treatment I will only avoid this place.

I have been booking at this travel agency for years. Why? The team is always friendly and courteous. My wishes are taken seriously, no one tries to persuade me to do anything. Every effort is made to find the right offer for the framework. to find. Ms. Reusch and Ms. Reisen (the latter already competent as an apprentice and what aptly named she has), I would particularly like to emphasize.
