Were immediately rejected when entering the travel agency. No consultation without an appointment. Although business was staffed by two employees and we were the only customers. At the front door, reference is made to "Wednesday only by appointment". It was friday. At least I would have expected that I would be welcomed for 10 minutes, recorded wishes and then contacted me. But if I disturb as a customer, I just go somewhere else or use online travel portals.
