Terminvereinbarung war zeitnah möglich, große Freundlichkeit des Personals. Inspektion wurde schnell erledigt, auf Besonderheiten wurde eingegangen (Wischwasser nachfüllen nur auf Nachfrage, top!). Auto wurden von außen ohne Aufpreis gründlich gereinigt. Preis ist der Leistung mehr als angemessen!
Very good advice, but unfortunately not found the right one
We got our MX-30 there in December 2020, very friendly and competent advice from Mr. Pistor - within the promised 4 weeks the new one was on the farm (very fair trade-in for our orange). The car delivers what it promises - we are completely satisfied at the moment!
Thanks again to the manager of the house for helping with the BAFA application, which was done in 20 minutes without any additional costs.
We can't say anything about service in the long term and we will be surprised at this point in the future ...
Some criticism: There was no coffee to pick up: o)
Very friendly and helpful staff. Take the necessary time and patiently answer every question. You feel good as a customer. Keep it up! I can only recommend it!
