Great service. Fair prices. Nothing is made pointless. I was there recently for the HU. The preliminary examination by the dealership was shown with a symbolic cent on the invoice. The repair of a switch in the door was also carried out super and inexpensively. There was a 50% discount on the part out of goodwill and the exchange was charged at € 9.50. Hats off, the customer is still king here. Good job! Keep it up.

After a not so nice experience in the car dealership (for the sake of transparency, I left the text here at the end) I was contacted by the owner. He asked for clarification and we had a good conversation with the customer. I have therefore adjusted my rating because I was now able to talk to a customer - as one would wish. That is good service, although unfortunately not in the first instance. ------ Here is the text of the previous review: Since electromobility is also advancing in the "Smart City Gera" and the Renault Zoe seems to be a good entry-level model, I visited the Renault car dealership Walter. Once there, I asked a salesperson if they had a Renault Zoe on display. I was immediately told that electric cars were absolutely useless. Quote: "This is technology from 1920, and nobody was interested in it. We don't want that kind of junk. I'd rather sell you a Dacia, it's cheaper." So there was an intention to sell, but absolutely zero service concept. And the tone of voice with which I was addressed was very hostile. When I asked if leasing was also offered, the dam broke. I was immediately scolded that leasing was the very last thing: "We get the cars back after three years and then they are not for sale in the yard. No, we won't do that. You absolutely won't get that from us!" I could only apologize for my visit (!) And sadly left the dealership. I've really never seen anything like it. To be insulted as a customer, although sometimes only has general questions. Then I went to Hyundai and received fantastic advice, even though there was no electric vehicle in the yard. There was a lot of information and a very nice conversation. THIS is how customer service has to be, dear Renault Autohaus Walter team!

Absolutely rude staff. I got information by telephone about the service book for new cars, on the phone there was a lady after a short answer and another question I got to the answer that she now had no time to discuss the entire service with me. I still can't believe it was about a customer call and a new car sold! There you are certainly not in good hands as a customer. Unfortunately I have to put a star to be able to write this review!
