Europcar Gera

Typical Europcar policy? I have never before had to pay extra (€30) to be upgraded because the class car I had ordered was not ready on time - I might have had to wait 1 hour before my car turned up. Any other car company I have ever hired from regularly upgrade me free of charge!! And I would rather have had a smaller car..

The employee in the branch in Gera, Ms. Jungermann, was very nice and helpful. A callback was not possible you always end up in a call center and not all employees here speak German well.

It would be nice if you could edit the opening times on the website. Otherwise good service

Was the cheapest for 1 week rental. Friendly staff. Only the windscreen was totally smeared. I do not know from another large provider. Otherwise everything was great.

Very nice team, fast and uncomplicated handling of collection and return. Prices are cheap to fair. The vehicle fleet on offer is flawless in all classes and is available with good equipment.
