After many years as a customer, I would now like to leave a review. As a customer, Mr. Hesse is always well served. He will take care of you immediately if there is a problem. Even our special installation situation is mastered. The next bed (hopefully for a long time) will be bought here again.

Excellent service, I already treated myself to the second waterbed there. Mr. Hesse and team are competent, after extensive advice, you get the perfect bed. It is not for nothing that it has held its own on the market for 10 years.

We have several offers, for the purchase of a waterbed, from different suppliers, have made a variety of experiences and can say here was the customer discussion (advice, demonstration, selection, offer preparation) very good. We were very competently advised and informed about everything important. The service includes many extra services. The price is simply unbeatable and you still have a very good quality. The bed came even two weeks earlier than stated, since the joy was of course great;). We have been in bed for a week now and are more than thrilled. Everything was explained and described to us during construction. The structure worked without any problems, it worked quickly but very carefully.
