Whether in summer, autumn or whatever the season or the occasion, I have always received good advice and the work has always been clean and very professional. In all the years that I've been there in nail magic, I've always had beautiful nails. The currently strict hygiene measures are also adhered to under strict observation. It's the biggest nonsense the lady writes, I think I've been with Mandy and Jessi for 8 years and have always been surprised at how beautiful my nails have turned out, there were many very elaborate hand-painted motifs and everyone was amazed at my nails . I also don't understand if I express criticism not to do so on site and not to publish such nonsense anonymously somewhere, because Mandy and Jessi are very correct and conscientious. I find such generalization very bad and who knows where this lady has really been, but not with Jessi and Mandy. I wish the girls all the best and stay as you are, there are black sheep everywhere who do not allow others to succeed. Ruth Borrack

Hello girls, I've been with you for ... tens of years. I always went home with a smile. In case I had no idea for my nails, you always had one! It was always a nice surprise, and always based on and tailored to my "preferences", simply brilliant. I am still very satisfied, I like to come to you, can chat with you about God and the world, like among friends, totally relaxed. I can only recommend your studio to everyone 👍👍! Keep up the good work, your studio and the quality of your nails are still convincing. I remain loyal to you, I am happy to recommend you, because I am proud of my nails 👍. I've had gel nails for 14 years, so I've had some experience with nail salons. I only moved to the region 4 years ago and was looking for a nail salon in Spremberg / Cottbus. After 4 "failures" I ended up at Nagelzauber Cottbus (about 3 years ago) and I am very satisfied. I never had such beautiful nails before. The gel holds great, the employees are very creative and simply conjure up great nails - regardless of whether they are short or long. The atmosphere is great, the customers are treated extremely friendly and downright amicable. It's clean and tidy, the little shop is simply convincing. I feel right at home and don't want to go anywhere else. My favorite is Mandy - she always has an open ear and is just super creative, even if - again - I have no idea what I would like. I always leave the store with great and special nails and I am completely happy. Price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. Just keep it up :)

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst modeling I have ever experienced. First, the place is not disinfected after a customer, but only wiped with glass cleaner. Then I always had a ballerina shape that you could use as a guide when filling up. Unfortunately, every nail has a different rounded, oblique shape. To do this, only one layer of paint was applied, followed by sealing. This then partially loosened after my nails were wiped with nail polish remover at the end. To cover the dull spots on the red nail, nail oil was smeared over it, which made it sticky. The staff are very nice and don't know all of the employees, but in my opinion the lady unfortunately has no professional experience in refilling gel nails. They are also much too short now. In the end, I wasn't even asked about my opinion. Inexpensive and nicely furnished, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Too bad.
