They gave me an appoinment after one month for a hair cut and I accepted it although I wanted a sooner date, because I read so many good reviews online. He sounded a little unwelcoming because of my broken Deutsch. The annoying thing that when I called them after one month in the appointment date just to make sure what time should I come, the guy who answered was shocked that someone gave me an appionment in that day because the barber is on vacation in that day.

I was there for an ombre look.
First I was blasphemed about my current hairstyle. What I find really outrageous.
After I described what I wanted to hairdresser 1, I was deported to hairdresser 2 without any knowledge of German.
This dyes blonde 3 times whereupon I mean it burns and hurts on my scalp.
No reaction.
When I paid almost € 300 after hours, I went home exhausted and frustrated. To find out that my scalp was burned. I call that "professionals" at work.
Certainly the most personable salon in Cottbus that I know. Color specialist and the only KEMØN top salon in town. We recommend.
