I travelled to Germany for the treatment of an inguinal hernia under Dr Koch's care. He is a leading authority on non-mesh hernia repair and I was unfortunately unable to have a non-mesh repair on the NHS in the UK. Dr Koch explained that with careful patient selection and in the hands of an experienced surgeon, the recurrence rate of a non-mesh repair is equivalent to a mesh repair without the potential for mesh-related complications. I am extremely grateful to Dr Koch and his team and I would highly recommend. I have applied for reimbursement from the NHS, a route that unfortunately is likely to close after Brexit.

I had a hemorrhoidal operation and the result was a lot of good, the nurses were very nice, and the doctor was excellent
