I can only recommend this law firm. The advice there is technically flawless and the lawyers have my fullest confidence. No matter what, I can always call or make an appointment and get very good advice. I can particularly recommend Mr. Dürlich. The phone call was friendly and competent!

Unfortunately, the lawyers only work in your favor and not in favor of the customer / client. Unfortunately had the experience in May 2019 I call the company and have a question (about work and dismissal). The lady on the phone. blocks me and tells me that I will be called without giving me any information about the callback beforehand. The lawyer calls back and did not really want to take up my request. Don't let me speak, none of my questions answered or taken seriously. I was suspicious of this and I spoke to him on the phone. informed that we would probably not get along together and that I would turn to another law firm. We ended the conversation after 11 minutes. 2 weeks later I had a letter in the mailbox ... with costs .... Thummers and endlers would like 107 euros for the first interview. I was not informed that a call back from the company is chargeable and will be charged as an initial consultation if we did not even agree and came up with a common denominator. I offered the lawyer to meet him with installments even if I absolutely disagree with the amount, I did not say YES and I was not helped a little. There was no answer to that. I was waiting for the confirmation that it was okay with the installment payment. Now, 1 year later, an email follows that I have not paid any installments ... But nothing came. !!! No mail no emails about the rates. Just a reminder for the 107 euros on May 20th, 2020 plus the court costs ... in the end I have to pay 197 euros for no help and 11.min tel. without prediction that tel. is taken into account. thanks for nothing and further costs. no further recommendation
