They speak only German and Turkish, it is not clear where you buy cars and where the staff treat you. It's like everything in the same place. You buy, repair and pay in the same area where the vehicle is being repaired. One good thing about it is that you don't need dates. Today they have charged us € 30 for changing the rubber on the front wheels. We have been about 40 minutes.
