Have a flat roof built by your company in 2017. Everything from consultation to keeping the offer perfect. Even when problems arise, they stand up for the interests of the customer (during the construction phase). 2 small problems once self-inflicted in the 3 years will be repaired immediately. Without additional costs. best regards
