Extremely unfriendly employees who have absolutely no idea about their job. As a supposed DHL parcel shop, you should be able to use the technology required for this. Instead, I was sent away with all of my parcels because the bad-tempered lady was too unable to operate the scanner for the parcels. Another, equally unfriendly lady, stood by and was at least as incompetent. I was also asked how to recognize a return. In this regard, I recommend training to the staff! Furthermore, one of my parcels was refused very badly because it would be too big. The package would probably take up too much space in the store, that would be undesirable. It was a normal package size. If you can't cope with that or if you don't have enough space, you should consider whether or not to offer a parcel shop. I know a lot of parcel shops, but this is the first time this has happened to me. Fortunately, there are many more DHL shops in Helmstedt! Conclusion: I went there for free. Never again! Advise everyone from this parcel shop!
