Dear Mr. Minor, I agree with you, because of the seemingly almost impossible reachability and the subsequent, somewhat snotty and annoyed phone call with one of your employees, unfortunately we did not get to know each other.
You only seem to be interested in this question if the reviews are bad. Whether you know the people behind all the positive reviews that followed, who almost all use and rate the same restaurants, undertakers, insurance companies or energy companies, is probably not important to you.
Be that as it may, dear Mr. Minor, perhaps you should make better use of the valuable time that you invest in the arduously phrased answers of the obviously increasing number of criticisms, dissatisfied customers, and take a serious look at customer-oriented service.

After a long consultation and comparison, we had our system built by NaturEnergieLaden GmbH. The system went into operation in March 2020.
Right from the start, they were given great advice and to this day they keep asking whether there are any problems with the system.
Small problems during construction and commissioning were solved quickly and flexibly.
The costs were also transparent and well broken down. Although the construction was more complex in some places, this did not lead to more costs.
We had a total of 4 offers and decided on NaturEnergieLaden because of the good advice and would do it again and again so far.
We hope to continue working with you.
Everyone should think about how to employ 30 people. Stress, weather, etc.

For the second time I tried to get in contact with this company in order to have a photovoltaic system planned. But apparently this company is not interested in new orders.
Since I have to assume that the availability is just as bad in the event of a fault, I will forego a consultation appointment and commission another company.
It's a shame, actually thought that, as an old Helmstedt resident, I could also commission a Helmstedt company, but this seems to be failing due to the negligence of the company's management
