Just catastrophic! Elektro Sim should carry out the electrical installation of our solar system in the subcontract for a company from Braunschweig. Service and accessibility were consistently poor, the employees often so unmotivated that they refused to work on site or botched loveless. After months of complaints, the system was still not safe and not ready. The correspondence with the local network operator was also unsuccessful. As part of the replacement, we had to hire another installer who has brought the system to the network after numerous removal of the defect. Conclusion: we have incurred by commissioning of Elektro Sim significant additional costs, in addition, the lost income of the solar system of several months
