In my experience, the company has no interest in small orders or new customers. I turned to the company for the purpose of checking an electrical appliance. After a short e-mail contact, I was asked to bring the device for review. After a week, it appeared that Mr. Kruck apparently no longer had any interest in the job. On a short friendly request, if the already a check is done I got only "not yet!" As an answer. Then a few days later, I wanted to know at least an approximate time period for the test because the unit was urgently needed for the heating system. I never received an answer to this message ... after 14 days I picked up the device and placed the order elsewhere! That such a behavior towards customers in the present time is still amazes me very much.
