Made a move with Grove in 2019. Collection / storage and return to the new apartment went well. The only problem was that damage was caused. The regulation was a disaster, the communication was only at my urging successful. The payment of the damage amount took a whole 4 months and had to be requested from me again and again. That was for me unpleasant to have to remind you again and again.

That's the catastrophe par excellence. They have 3 containers as an office, 5 containers as a warehouse and a broken forklift. Should unload there 1 pallet parquet floor, except the 2 office people was despite previous Aviso no one there. I offered to help them unload the parquet parquet by hand. The office colleague did not want to do anything and the office manager said that if she drops a parcel, it is not insured. After much discussion, I brought the pallet to Schenker on instructions from Grove. Sorry, right?
