Complete power failure after installing an electric cooker by delivery service. The Kappelhoff company was on site within a short period of time, the cause was found immediately and was professionally remedied. There were no unpleasant surprises on the bill, assembly costs and also a flat rate for travel, etc. were absolutely appropriate. The invoice contained a detailed description of the error along with images for the transfer to the causer. My experience: highly recommended!

Rarely experienced such a unfriendly sales representative. Too bad that such people are still letting go of customers. The boss of the company came to me again to listen to my view. The sales representative, I still can not recommend, but the boss was very friendly. Thank you for the talk.
