I am absolutely thrilled with HeBa - Sound + Music! I received a perfectly adjusted Ovation guitar within a very short time. The communication with Mr. Andreas Hehl was extremely pleasant and exemplary. I will definitely order something here more often! I gave it 5 stars and a clear recommendation! It's great that there are still such competent and personable music dealers in Germany! 😊

An unserious company. After a personal attempt to purchase, I do not recommend in any case. Extremely slow and poor communication. Probably the worst company in the industry in the last few years. Payment after a lot of pressure returned. Communication and some comment without reaction. They have not responded to email for several days. Never more .

Mega friendly staff! Saved my day I was looking for a particular microphone that was sold out everywhere. 200km were worth it, not only for the microphone but also for a great chat with the owners. LG from Bochum.

Top nodge service - if all companies had such a competent and far-sighted service, then I would open a bottle of champagne right now ... I Maria had placed a wrong order in August with my layman's knowledge. (Minimal difference in description, adorable consequences that I could not use it for my purpose. [1x Sennheiser XSW-D Lavalier Set, instead of the Sennheiser XSW-D Portable Lavalier Set] The team, and thanks again Alex, exchanged the unused set for the correct set, long after the actual return period.
