Nice people here. They speak very good English for foreignpeople.

The persons who are working there really have a sens of "Customs Service" always there for us whatever we need e.g. my Germany is not fluent but everyone is very helpful Also they are proposing a wide range of good quality products

Super great delivery service, friendliness is very important to Petra. I am happy and grateful to have such a shop in town, especially the opening times are great. Everything is a bit more expensive than in the market next door, but you are happy to pay for this because the quality and the way you deal with customers is unique. Please keep it up.

Post not really reliable. A letter sent by registered mail which was supposedly undeliverable because nobody was at home. (Mother was always at home) probably only rang downstairs instead of upstairs. Well then get a throw in that the letter can be picked up from Monday 10am. (Mother 75+ and can barely walk) Took a taxi to the post office in Petras Lotto eck. Letter was not there, the same again on Tuesdays. Then I called today, finally the letter is there. Not really good servies and everyone blames themselves. MfG A. Schneider
