Very beautifully located lake, easy to reach and a beautiful refuge is also available ...
We stopped here on our bike tour from Lüneburg to Lauenburg along the Elbe side canal. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. Unfortunately we could not observe birds, they probably had an excursion themselves.
Here is a current note: there is a wasp nest under the middle bench in the observation hut. So be careful!
