I am a regular customer in this branch and I really have to praise the employees! What customers have been listening to for weeks / months is not normal. People come into the fil without a mask and become aggressive when they are told that this is not possible. These people endanger both the employees and other customers like me. In general, as a customer, I have recently experienced how aggressive and reckless other people have been (not only at Rossmann) !!! As far as the range is concerned, I am fully satisfied and always enjoy shopping there.

Competent advice, proper shop and always a friendly smile despite the stressful corona situation

Today I wanted to print out a photo using a photo booth at the Rossmann branch in Mendig. Due to the current Corona situation, only one photo booth is in operation. Since the transfer from mobile phone to photo booth did not work, I asked an employee for help. The specialist saleswoman told me directly "I am not allowed to help". After this sentence there were no further explanations or tips on how to proceed. The lady devoted herself again to filling the shelves. Since you can "help" with the competition in this regard, I will turn to the competition in the future.

Good shop actually, but no tach, no goodbye, no please and thank you and the rest in a gruff tone from the lady at the cash register (name tag Ms. Klein) comes across uncomfortably ... Maybe she just slept badly, if not she should find another job without customer contact.

In my opinion, this Ms. Fischer did a lot wrong !!!! If I have a mask exemption, I look for a saleswoman as soon as I enter a shop and inform her about it so that there are no misunderstandings. Of course I should do this in connection with my ID card so that it can be seen that it is the right person !!! Document abuse has been reported in all media for decades! In addition, the employee of the Rossman branch in Mendig is responsible for her colleagues and customers. According to the 11th Corona Control Ordinance, she has received requirements from the state of Rhineland-Palatinate that she must observe. Failure to do so could result in a substantial fine! The employee, whom I personally know to be friendly, also has the authority to exercise her house rights in this branch if a customer does not comply with the regulations and she can also call the police to help. The employees of this branch have my full respect for the fact that they pay close attention to compliance with the corona rules, for the protection of EVERYONE !!!! Maybe this woman Fischer should rethink her own behavior? !!
