I ordered Garmin Forerunner 245M here, as the price was really competitive. After placing the order, I read the negative reviews, and naturally got stressed if there won't be any issues. Everything went great though - the package has been dispatched in 1 day, and reached me 2 days later. The watch and the packaging were in perfect state as well. Really good experience all over.

the reason for initial rating: made a purchase, asked for cancellation right away, was told that the item is already shipped! I had to receive and return the item, pay for shipping as well. update: This company is now refusing to refund me, claiming the item was sent a company address (B2B transaction), while it is not true and it was sent to my name. Also: I have already received a "cease and desist" letter related to defamatory laws of this exact rating. update 2: I have already received a refund by contacting eBay.

The product I ordered was not working properly. SO, after I received the item I requested a shipment returnticket and a refund the next day . The owner however didn't want to do this at all. According to European law for on-line shopping I have the right for a full refund. Until now case has not been resolved. The owner doesnt even provide me an adress to send the item back. This company is apparantly not working under European online shopping regulation. SO : I strongly advice not to buy here online. I repaired the product myself in the end ...
