I sent a film to blFoto for development because the website advertises that the films will be developed and digitized within two working days. Almost two weeks later I still haven't received a link to download the pictures. I think that's a shame. Please do not advertise with it if the promised performance cannot be met.

Have your passport photo taken for your ID card. In the city I was then told that the contrast and sharpness of the photos would not be correct. Then I went back to blFoto and complained, it was not apologized for it, no discount was offered and the photos were not offered to be taken again. Outrageous as I think
