Parking was good. And at the DOCTOR I got hold of it quickly. The staff were very nice

I got there after the car accident and right there after registration was forgotten. There were 6 patients before me accepted who were logged in after me. Very unfriendly nurse downstairs on admission and very unsure doctor. I was mistaken for another patient in the PC and therefore didn't get very strange questions about my diagnosis. I did not get a prescription that was written out to me because of unreliable arrogant women who forgot it again and therefore had to go to the family doctor afterwards to get my pills.

Came there several times due to sports injuries and each time got a wrong diagnosis that was only correctly recognized by a different doctor. The doctors on site take 5 minutes for you and then send you home with a wrong diagnosis. Even worse, with a friend who had a car accident it was said that after a few days during the check-up that he should not be in the queue and go back to work despite the pain. A great cheek

Obstetrics / Gynecology First of all: The handling of the corona regulations were applied accordingly for the district. However, since the additional internal regulations were stricter in Koblenz, we decided relatively spontaneously for the St. Elisabeth Hospital in Mayen. The care of my wife, the communication with me and all the trappings were excellent throughout the entire stay! The staff, each a trained midwife and a student, worked absolutely great! Despite the fact that suddenly there was a lot to do, we were looked after very well. We used the offer of a parents' room for three days and this decision also paid off. From all-round care to breastfeeding advice, we were very well looked after. The food is also okay. For the woman, there were several benefits to choose from that were really good. From the smoked fish platter to various salads and juices, simply great. There was also a lot to choose from for the partner. The handling of the bureaucratic work, such as the registration at night, all work relating to the birth certificates, etc. was absolutely uncomplicated. The night shift man at the registration desk was particularly helpful. Conclusion: This hospital is highly recommended for childbirth, followed by a stay in the parents' room.
