I am completely satisfied. Additional work that was not yet foreseeable at the start of the renovation was also not a problem. Ideas were also presented, with various solutions being offered.
1A performance: roof newly covered, 2 new dormers plus some interior fittings.
As an engineer, I'm pretty critical. Here I give 100 points for the first time. It doesn't get any better. Starting with the professional offer discussions up to the high-quality and punctual submission considering the offer price.

Highly frivolous company. Give on demand no information about how long their site is still running. Employee on the phone was still snotty on additional requests.
Construction process takes far too long, as alleged lack of staff. If so, I wonder why the construction site is even started. The additional costs for scaffolding rental and other unnecessary costs make the expansion unnecessarily expensive. A loft conversion with a complete new roof construction in November seems at first glance not quite obvious. By the time the bricks were finally on the roof, the rain should have provided enough moisture in the entire roof. Consequential damages?
I will certainly never hire this company!
