Mr. Lipinski should replace all windows in our family home. The window measurement was carried out in August 2019. Two months after the measurement, we had an offer with order confirmation and appointment confirmation for the exchange, which unfortunately still contained some defects and ambiguities. We were contacted by Mr. Lipinski put off for another month with the result that he could not / did not want to give any answers. After a total of almost 6 months, he finally informed us that he had no more time or interest in this job. Overall, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience, especially since we had already canceled other companies on the basis of the order confirmation and can now start again.
