We were actually satisfied at Büser. Apparently, performance has deteriorated in recent months. Last time we rented a Sprinter, which then no longer jumped at the place of invitation. It can happen, we thought. By the way, we were blamed. But then the Sprinter was probably in the workshop. So not our fault after all. Today I had another sprinter reserved for the whole day today. Due to the delay in the relocation process, we just received a call that we can no longer get the Sprinter because: "he has to go". So, we can no longer take a sprinter that we rented for the entire day. This call came 30 minutes before we wanted to go. Moving ruined. Financial damage occurred, cancel all helpers who also took extra time. Landlord said goodbye with the words "then you have to see how we get along". After this second unprofessional matter, we have to look for a new provider for the future. Lost a few hours last time because Sprinter did not start, this time a previously confirmed reservation was canceled shortly before collection. Today we suffered enormous damage as a result. So, based on personal experience, I advise against this rental if you have no problems and financial losses afterwards that nobody takes over.
