The animals are treated incredibly lovingly, painstakingly and patiently. A lot of time is taken for us and I have the feeling that it is extremely important to both of the doctors that the animals feel comfortable. We feel very, very well looked after and advised. The ladies at reception are also super friendly and competent. We would recommend this practice to everyone and are happy to have switched there.

Our animals are treated very well there. Even as a pet owner, you feel safe not being sold for unnecessary examinations. I was turned away twice with an emergency ... that speaks for itself ... I would not have gone there twice, but it was the most obvious practice and we were in a very critical situation. Nevertheless we were turned away, they couldn't help us! In my whole life I will not enter this "practice" again ... Incredible.
