You get to the appointment on time, the vet takes time for the animals presented. You treat the animals with a lot of calm and patience, so that they can experience the visit to the vet as stress-free as possible. You don't get talked about treatments. All of this at an absolutely fair price. I like going there and at least the animals don't take it amiss that I drag them there. And that's worth a lot 😉

I called the practice because my cat was injured. Statement by the vet "if you have never been here and the animal is in pain, I cannot give you an appointment because I have had bad experiences with the owners!" And hung up straight away without me having the chance to question what she meant by that! I found it pretty rude and unfriendly! We haven't lived here for long but will definitely look for another vet!

We are very satisfied with the treatment of our animals (cats and rabbits) in the Dingendorf practice. The doctor is very committed and always takes a lot of time for her patients.

She is very loving with people and above all with animals. Thanks for taking good care of Olli. 😥🤝
