I rented a van from SIXT for the first time today. I came across the branch in Landau, which opened just yesterday, by chance on the Internet, so I simply reserved the transport there. Booking on the website was quick and easy. The next day I was greeted directly by name and everything was prepared so that I quickly received my vehicle. The staff was super friendly and I was really pleasantly surprised by the process. The new branch has become really chic. Another positive thing is that I was asked whether I would like to receive the documents by email, so I did not receive any documents as paper.
I would like to rent a vehicle again from SIXT in Landau in the future.
Very good advice and the handover of the vehicle was perfect. Gladly again!!!!
Good service and advice. Got a vehicle upgrade at no extra charge because the "smaller vehicle" booked was not available.
When moving, you have to pay attention to the conditions! I unknowingly (was NOT pointed out at the time of delivery) handed over the rental truck without refueling in order to meet the given 24-hour deadline. The Sixt company in Landau charged me € 4 per liter for this.
When asked, it was claimed that I had been informed.
That was definitely not the case!
I also left an envelope in the driver's cab. To date I have not been informed by phone or email that Sixt has this envelope with them.
Without my call, I would never have found out.
The invoice, on the other hand, was emailed the following day.
Because of the bad information transfer, there is 1 point - people, you can certainly improve that!
