Ok
The advice (Mr. Udo Kraus) was very friendly and competent. It should be emphasized that an expensive product was not simply recommended, but a recommendation was proposed after a detailed discussion with us. Price / performance is very good, the agreed delivery date was met precisely.
The baddest furniture store I have ever known.
Some pieces of furniture are claimed that have been paid in cash, they make you wait two months and you go to see where the pieces are and they tell you that they have sent a notice to the factory and that they do not respond.
Meantime without being able to finish assembling the acquired furniture.
Afterwards, they don't even call you to tell you that they are late because they still have no solution.
My devotion is to return the complete piece of furniture and take my money back.
They tell you it can't be
My answer: I'll go to a lawyer, I'll give you back the furniture or you give me the pieces of the sample that you have in the business.
I will not buy more in this store because all they want is to make a cashier and the customer is totally unsatisfied.
I do not recommend it at all.
I went to Möbel AS in Landau at the end of November to buy furniture for our new apartment. According to the seller, the wall unit that we had decided on should not be delivered until April. But the shaggy warehouse clerk and the experienced master carpenter made it possible for me to pick up the wall unit I wanted to move into the new apartment on December 1st and even set it up. The shaggy guy was also very helpful with inviting.
I picked up another wardrobe before Christmas. Again the shaggy guy helped load the very heavy packages into the car. I always like to go shopping at Möbel AS.
Stay away from this shop. Customer orientation is zero! The main thing is that you have your money, nothing else that comes afterwards!
