The receipt of my e-mail was confirmed after more than a week, with the note that the matter is being processed, we should be patient, at some point we will be finally informed . After we hadn't heard from Matratzen-Concord for 3 weeks, I checked again, but with the same success. Then I asked the branch again. I was told that a part was in the warehouse, but you don't know when the rest will come. After 2 weeks there was still nothing. When I asked again, I got the answer that the delivery service was behind with 20,000 deliveries. So that was a day before the lockdown came. Now everything is closed, no possibility of inquiries, since purchases made in the branch are only processed in the branch and the head office is not responsible for them. So we are completely in the air. Paid half of the order value when buying and there is no responsible contact anywhere. Will now cancel by lawyer and claim my money back. In the meantime I have found in the reviews of the company that we are not alone. There are more unsatisfied than satisfied customers.
