Unfortunately, not as satisfactory as initially expected. We had a great consultant who put the kitchen together really well.
Arranging appointments for kitchen installation also worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, the fitter made two small scratches, one in the induction field and one in the body of the spice cabinet. These were not immediately apparent when the takeover took place. When we discovered this 2 hours later and complained directly the following day, we would first be directed to another email address (no service). Then we got the message that only the body was replaced due to goodwill, but not the new induction field. Since the worktop was also delivered incorrectly or had to be ordered too short and new, I thought that it was possible to show insight here. After all, we discovered the damage on the same day and directly criticized it.
Really a shame!
