Usually there cannot be a star here. Goods could not be used qualitatively. Wish exchange and no discount. Since then, all correspondence has been ignored. Now it will go on through a lawyer. Absolutely not recommendable.

Incredibly bad handling. No replies to emails, phone calls not possible. Service underground! On 2 delivery reminders there was only a shipping notice with a link to UPS. Dispatched TWO AND A HALF (2.5) weeks ago, NO delivery received to date! Prepayment made ....
