The staff is rude, outrageous, uncooperative especially when it comes to shipping with Hermes. It doesn't matter whether customers are kings or guests, they bring the money with which the saleswomen are paid and they never get that from me again.

The employees, like the "boss", are shockingly unfriendly, almost customer-hostile. I had to pick up my Hermes package at this gas station. First I should wait and let all other customers who have fueled up. Then my package was annoyed received. Unfortunately, I had a return from this package, which I also handed in here due to the easy accessibility. This time it was even worse. When I mentioned the behavior, the boss laughed at me ... What else can you say about that?
