Very very unfriendly staff! I had, in a friendly tone, only asked a question about the alcohol ban and received an extremely unfriendly answer from an employee whose voice almost overturned due to sheer excitement and volume. I am aware that the rules are made by others and that the employees are not responsible for the alcohol ban. I just wished that this was said to the customer in a normal tone and in a friendly manner.

Even 1 star is still too much. I've rarely seen something unfriendly! If I were to do my job like that, I would probably be rid of it long ago. You should be ashamed of yourself!
